The rooms at Kirin Guesthouse And Restaurant are cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom and air conditioning. I loved the soundproofing, it made my stay so peaceful. The kettle in the room was a nice touch for a hot cup of tea!
Personally, I didn't enjoy the rooms with sea views. But hey, that's just me!

The location is perfect, within walking distance to the market, bus station, and old harbor. Surprisingly safe, with direct and affordable buses to explore the island. The welcoming staff kept our luggage safe, provided cold water and chocolates. Clean bedding, good wifi, and a spacious room with a thrilling view of Chinatown. The manager and family are friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and ensuring our safety. A comfortable and enjoyable stay, highly recommended!

The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the market, bus station, and harbor. The staff at Kirin Guesthouse were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety.
